Thank you for visiting our website. I am the owner of Australind Travel & Cruise Centre and have been for the past 17 years. I have been fortunate to have travelled extensively over the years, experiencing many destinations around the world. I have a love of River Cruising and have enjoyed taking group tours to Europe and throughout Australia. I am about to embark on another group tour to Europe where we will travel through Switzerland by train, enjoy the serenity and scenery around lake Como and then experience the luxury of a Uniworld River Cruise around the Venetian Islands. I can’t wait!!

In the coming months, I plan to retire from day-to-day travel consulting. The great news is that I will be handing over the reins of Australind Travel & Cruise Centre to Mandy Depiazzi!

Mandy brings with her more than 15 years of experience as a Travel Consultant, and has worked with me for six of those years as a Senior Travel Consultant. Many of you will already know her, and those who don't will soon see that her product knowledge, attention to detail and professionalism are exceptional.

Mandy will officially become the new owner of Australind Travel & Cruise Centre as of 31 October 2025. After this changeover date, I will continue to work alongside Mandy as needed to ensure the smooth transition of our clients and their booked holidays.

My journey in the travel industry began in 1998, right after high school, when I was fortunate enough to land my dream job as a travel consultant. Over the years, my passion for helping clients create unforgettable travel experiences has fuelled my success, allowing me to achieve some remarkable milestones. I became the highest-selling agent in Western Australia and was ranked among the top 5 sales consultants nationally for two consecutive years. I was also proud to be recognized as one of the top-selling consultants for Qantas Holidays across both international and domestic destinations for three years running.

With 15 years of experience under my belt, I’ve had the pleasure of assisting clients in exploring the world. After taking some time off to raise my three beautiful children, I’m excited to be returning to the travel industry with renewed enthusiasm. As of 31 October 2025, I’m thrilled to be taking on the role of the new owner of Australind Travel & Cruise Centre.

Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of visiting incredible destinations, including the UK, Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Poland, New York, Bali, Fiji, and New Zealand, to name just a few. Closer to home, I’ve explored iconic Australian locations such as Uluru, Darwin, Adelaide, Tasmania, and Queensland, as well as the vibrant cities of Sydney and Melbourne. I’ve also travelled extensively throughout Western Australia, gaining firsthand knowledge of the amazing local experiences our state has to offer.

I’m excited to reconnect with past clients and welcome new ones, helping them turn their travel dreams into reality. Whether you’re planning a relaxing escape or an adventurous journey, I’m here to offer expert advice, personal insights, and dedicated support every step of the way.

When I’m not working, you’ll likely find me spending time with my family, enjoying the great outdoors, and embracing the adventure of camping. Whether it’s a weekend getaway or a longer expedition, I love connecting with nature and making lasting memories with my loved ones.

My journey in the travel industry began with a passion for exploring the world and a chance stopover. Years ago, on a trip back from Asia, I stopped in Perth, and never left. After several more trips from Western Australia to places such as Scandinavia, USA, Canada and an incredible trip to Egypt which remains the highlight, I then decided on a career change and chose to study as a Travel Consultant with AFTA. I had two major positions in the retail travel industry in Perth, before I took a side step and specialised in airfares and ticketing for 12 years.

After relocating to Bunbury several years ago, I returned to retail travel consulting, working with the great team at Australind Travel & Cruise Centre. Airfares are my specialty but I am able to assist you with all of your travel needs.

I have been fortunate to explore some great destination,s including the UK, Ireland, Channel Islands, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, France, Belgium, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, former Yugoslavia, Turkey, Greece, Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Dubai, Egypt, Bali, Malaysia, Thailand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Fiji, Raratonga and extensively throughout New Zealand.

I have also enjoyed many cruising holidays and have been qualified as a cruise specialist. Western Australia has become my home, and I have spent considerable time in all states and Territories except the ACT.
